Who We Are
A concrete contractor's ready mix division
Concretum Operis has placed concrete, handled excavation and performed drilling across Richmond, CA and the East Bay for more than 20 years. Ready Mix was built as a specialized division of that company, focused entirely on batching and delivering concrete.

Founder & CEO
Roberto González
Roberto is the founder of Concretum Operis and the driving force behind over 20 years of work in construction. He started from the ground up at 17 as a field worker, advanced to superintendent, and used that experience to build the company from scratch. His hands-on knowledge of the trade and his leadership have made Concretum Operis a trusted name in Richmond.
Executive
Tanya Fernández
Tanya is a key member of the Concretum Operis administrative team. She is responsible for providing executive support, attending to clients, and coordinating daily processes to ensure every project moves forward without setbacks. Her organization and commitment reflect the values of trust and excellence that define the company.
Project Manager
Joel Gallegos
Joel ensures that every project is executed from start to finish without issues. As Project Manager, he coordinates directly with clients, contractors, and engineers, maintains clear communication at every stage, and represents Concretum Operis during site inspections. His professional and team-oriented attitude make him an essential part of every job.
Estimating Department Manager
Reinier González
Reinier leads the estimating department at Concretum Operis. He is responsible for preparing detailed budgets, analyzing blueprints, and ensuring that every proposal accurately reflects the real cost of the project. He works closely with clients, developers, and engineers to deliver competitive, well-planned solutions from the very start.
